We also recommend checking if the corresponding or matching domain name is available for a company website. It is important that your website domain and company name match, as this will make it much easier for potential customers to find your business online.
2. Choose a suitable formation package
TOnce you’re done selecting the ideal name for your company, now it’s time to choose a suitable package. Based on what you need, choose the package that is most ideal for your type of company and your specific needs, then click “buy” to review your basket and proceed to checkout. When checking out, you can pay using a debit card or a credit card, you will receive ad confirmation email containing details and a receipt invoice.

4. Identity Check
To finalize your application a simple Identity check will be carried out, where we will need a few details from you, in order to know that you are who you say you are. This is just a routine process, where we will require you to upload your ID and proof of address.
5. Say Hello to the World
Now it time to just relax and grab your cup of tea, as we will take the heavy duty off of your shoulders now. Once you’re done filling your company details and bought your ideal package, we will review your application and forward it to the Companies House, taking anywhere between 3 to 6 hours for your company to go live. Once Companies House incorporates your company, we will send you an email containing a PDF that contains copies of your company, documents attached to it, and a note of your Companies House Authentication Code.
